G2 provides aviation support services to almost all major airlines in the US in more than 70 US airports, including ground handling, cabin cleaning and passenger assistance The company was bought by Menzies Aviation, a unit of Agility Global, Agility said in a statement to the Kuwait stock exchange. Agility said the transaction would be completed before June 30, and is subject to regulatory approval.
