Adnoc to expand its branded service stations across Egypt

Adnoc Distribution
In addition to service stations, Adnoc Distribution has also launched Adnoc Oasis convenience stores, offering goods tailored to Egyptian customers

Adnoc Distribution, a subsidiary of state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, plans to open six new service stations in Egypt by the end of the year.

The UAE company announced the opening of three Adnoc branded service stations on Saturday after acquiring a 50 percent stake in TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt earlier this year.

The newly opened service stations are fully equipped to operate 24/7 and are located in Degla Maadi, Obour City, and on the Suez Ring Road.

As part of the initial rollout, the company also launched its Adnoc Oasis convenience stores, offering a range of food and beverages tailored to Egyptian customers.

The joint venture with Total includes a diversified downstream portfolio of 240 fuel retail stations, more than 100 convenience stores, over 250 lube changing stations, car washes, lubricants, wholesale and aviation fuel operations.

Additionally, the venture has expanded its corporate portfolio in the aviation fuels business by securing the right to supply aviation fuel to UAE-based Etihad Airways for flights fueled in Cairo.

The partnership is currently developing the necessary infrastructure and logistical framework to launch Adnoc Voyager, the brand’s signature range of premium and OEM-approved automotive vehicle lubricants. The brand is available in 32 export markets worldwide as of 30 June 2023.

Adnoc Distribution opened its first service station outside the UAE in 2018 by expanding into Saudi Arabia.
