UAE-headquartered Fundamental Hospitality Group will open its fourth international Gaia restaurant – a luxury dining concept created in Dubai – in London next month as part of its global expansion plan.

The restaurant will also house NYX, a signature lounge, in the fashionable London neighbourhood of Mayfair.

Gaia London spans almost 10,000 square feet and 160 covers, said Evgeny Kuzin, founder and CEO of Fundamental Hospitality.

The London unveiling will be followed by openings in Marbella and Miami in 2024, bringing the total number of outlets to six.

Founded by Kuzin and chef Izu Ani, Gaia stands as Fundamental Hospitality’s most successful “Made in Dubai” concept.

Gaia Dubai was launched in 2018 and it has around 550 employees.
