UAE made up 41.5 percent or 32.1 million barrels, while Saudi exports stood at 36.3 percent or 28.16 million barrels. Japan’s crude oil imports from Saudi Arabia slipped from 31.60 million barrels, while imports from UAE were down from 33.93 million barrels in the previous month. Total imports reached 77.53 million barrels in November, down from 84.58 million the previous month. Japan also imported crude from Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the neutral zone (between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait), thus taking Arab contributing to 95.4 percent of its oil needs in November, the report said.
