BeIN has secured the rights until the end of the 2027/28 season Qatari broadcaster BeIN Media Group has secured the rights to telecast UK Premier League matches across the Middle East and North Africa region (Mena) until the end of the 2027/28 season. All the 380 games in each season will be telecast live in 24 countries on its flagship BeIN Sports network, the company said in a statement. Its “over the top” streaming service (delivered via the internet), TOD, will allow subscribers to watch all Premier League content via live stream across web, tablet and mobile devices. The deal was signed by Mohammad Al-Subaie, CEO of BeIN Media and the Premier League’s chief media officer Paul Molnar in Qatar. The partnership with the Premier League dates back to 2013. Neither BeIN nor the Premier League disclosed the valuation of the contract. Since its inception in 1992, the Premier League has become one of the most-watched sports leagues in the world, with a cumulative TV audience of 3 billion. The territories in the deal include Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, the UAE and Yemen, Sportcal.com reported. Other soccer rights held by BeIN in the region include UEFA Club competitions.
