Turkish Airlines to add more flights to UAE as demand surges

Turkish Airline will have 48 weekly flights to the UAE with the added frequencies, offering flexibility to customers.

Flag carrier Turkish Airlines plans to increase flight frequencies to and from the UAE to boost connectivity amid higher customer demand.

The number of flights from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah will increase, offering more flexibility to customers, the airline said in a statement.

Currently, Turkish Airlines has three daily flights from Dubai to Istanbul, which will increase to four daily flights from October 2022.

In addition, there are three weekly flights to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport operated by Turkish Arline’s low-cost brand Anadolujet.

The daily flights from Abu Dhabi to Istanbul will increase to 10 weekly flights starting next month.

Moreover, the airline will relaunch Sharjah flights from October 3, starting with three weekly flights. Currently, Anadolujet flies to Sharjah from Sabiha Gokcen Airport with four weekly flights.

With these added frequencies, the airline will have 48 weekly flights to the UAE, the statement said.

Turkish Airlines has a fleet of 386 passenger and cargo aircraft connecting 340 worldwide destinations.
