Abu Dhabi National Hotels said that the three hotels in Dubai will be operated under the banner of JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels from January 1

Three luxury hotels in Dubai, including The Address Dubai Marina, will be rebranded after state-owned Abu Dhabi National Hotels signed an agreement with Marriott International.

Under the pact, the hotels will be operated under the banner of JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels from January 1, the Abu Dhabi-listed company said in a statement.

The three hotels are JW Marriott Hotel Marina (formerly known as The Address Dubai Marina), Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection (formerly known as Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel), and The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection (formerly known as Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel).

“We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Marriott International through this deal, which is in line with our overall strategy and the evolving dynamics of our business model,” said Khalid Anib, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Hotels.

“The UAE is our largest market in the Middle East,” stated Jerome Briet, chief development officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Marriott International.

Marriot’s current portfolio in Dubai comprises more than 50 properties.

In September, Abu Dhabi National Hotels said it will build an AED1 billion ($272 million) luxury resort on a prime plot in Ras Al Khaimah.
