People in Dubai can now obtain an Emirates ID, register a company, open a bank account and more under one roof following the opening of the Emirates Government Services Hub (EGSH).

Owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, a member of the Dubai Royal family, EGSH allows clients to access all essential government and semi-government services in a single day and within a single establishment.

In short, you don’t need to fill out countless individual forms at each separate institution dotted around the city.

Government branches operating at EGSH, which is situated at the Art of Living Mall in Al Barsha, include Dubai Economy, the Road Transport Authority, Tas-heel Center, Amer Center, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Courts, Real Estate Services Trustee and the Real Estate Registry.

How EGSH works

From gathering documents for car registration to extensive projects involving multiple authorities, EGSH’s concierge-level service is designed to handle all paperwork tasks within one day.

Specialists from various departments will fill out all the necessary documents and ensure they are formatted according to requirements. They will then provide a detailed plan for subsequent actions and guarantee full support until the completion of the process.

Clients can also purchase a full membership, giving them access to VIP queue-free services at any time. This option is particularly beneficial for entrepreneurs, expatriates establishing themselves in Dubai and anyone willing to pay a premium for convenience and time-saving solutions.

Speaking at EGSH’s launch on July 11, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum said: “This hub not only saves valuable time but also enhances the overall experience of living and working in Dubai.

“By consolidating these services under one roof, we are setting a new benchmark for efficiency and convenience, ensuring that all residents can focus on what truly matters.”
