CERAWeek day 2: ‘Cautious optimism’ among the oilmen

On day two of CERAWeek in Houston, AGBI spoke to Joseph McGonigle, founder of the Global Center for Energy Analysis and former head of the International Energy Forum, about the second Trump administration.
