Company Insights Space42 Tech Space42 Overview Space42 is a space technology company that aims to revolutionise space technology through AI-driven satellite solutions. It was established in 2024 following the merger of analytics provider Bayanat and “satellite solutions” company Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (Yahsat). It automatically became the world’s most valuable publicly listed space company, with a combined revenue of AED2.8 billion ($760 million) and net income of AED639 million ($174 million). Space42 aims to integrate satellite communications, geospatial insights and artificial intelligence capabilities for customers globally. It also wants to drive growth in autonomous vehicles, space mining and “sustainable space solutions”. Space42 claims to cover more than 150 countries and reach over 80 percent of the world’s population. Bayanat and Yahsat still exist as Space42’s business units Yahsat Space Services and Bayanat Smart Solutions. Space42 is owned by G42 (Group 42 Holding).
