SNB Capital Overview

SNB Capital was founded in 2007 as the investment banking and asset management arm of the Saudi National Bank, headquartered in Riyadh.

It offers shariah-compliant financial products and services.

SNB Capital provides financial and consultancy solutions to institutional and retail investors, across sectors such as asset and wealth management, investment banking and securities.

As of 2024 SNB Capital had more than SAR 260 billion of assets under management.

It also provides advisory services on stock market listings. For example, in late 2024, Amanat Holdings, a Dubai-listed investment company, appointed SNB Capital to manage the proposed sale of a 30 percent stake in its education business through an IPO in Saudi Arabia.
